Where are the items made?
The notebooks and stickers are all hand-made by me.
Where is your artwork from?
I have an artist that I work with, where I give them my ideas, and they draw them out for me; otherwise, I have purchased the artwork and the license, or I have generated them myself.
What is the weight of the paper used in the notebooks?
It is 28lb paper
What are the bookmarks made of?
Either 100lb cardstock or double sided photo paper.
Processing Times & Shipping
How long will it take to process / make my order?
It varies, there are a few factors that go into how how fast orders get process and made. Small orders can be done in 1-2 business days, where larger orders can take longer. The goal is to complete orders within 5 business days as I am working solo, working a full time job and am also a mother to a preschooler :).
How long will it take to ship my order?
Once the order is completed, I will send it out the next day; however, if circumstances prevent that, it will be within the next 2-3 business days. In the rare case of an emergency, I will reach out to you and keep you updated on what is happening with your order. And if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me.
Returns / Refunds / Replacements
Refunds
Currently, all sales are final. There for in 99% percent of cases no refunds will be issued. I'm sure there may be an absolutely unique situation that I will indeed work with you to reach a solution on.
Returns & Replacements
First and foremost, I am not responsible for packages lost due to purchaser error, like inputting the wrong address to ship to, which could result in the package being lost or stolen. If, immediately upon arrival, you receive an item that is severely damaged, please send me an email with a picture of the item(s) and the packaging that it arrived in showing the damage to both things within 24 hours of receipt, and I will work with you to replace the item or items.

Minor imperfections
As with most all things that are hand-made, there will be some very minor imperfections. If I notice an item has a major issue, I will completely remake the item as I take pride in what I want to send out to you.
